went down to billy bomber's for a dinner with brenda and angela. my khakis back at stansfield...those days of bitching, shopping at p.s, ktv-ing....ah...i miss those days...

yeap, talked alot jus now, did some shopping...been some time since i went shopping with the gals. it was great, if only we had more time...

what's wrong with staying home?

As i wash my hands at the sink in my kitchen today, i looked out of the window (like i normally do on any other day). what struck me was, the quietness and (almost) tranquility, except for the birds. and i do believe this is usually the case most of the time, if there are no block parties, or pasar malam or wakes going on at the void decks. but why is it that i feel so surprised? and, well for the lack of a better word, "blurred" ??

then i realise, that maybe it's because at this time of the day, i'm already out of the house, in some shopping mall or cinema or at work...etc etc...that i've been staying out everyday for the past 2-3 weeks!

well not that i do it on purpose. but i do believe that i'm the last to notice this. now let me recall, i do believe my mum saying this
"it's been a long time since you eat home cooked food hor??"

for one, i enjoy company and absolutely lurve going out with frens even if we have nothing to do in mind (in short, bumping around). i do enjoy being alone ever so once in a while...but, i'd rather not.

and i feel that being with friends helps the bonding, until today, i won't say i know someone inside out and outside in...it's jus not possible...so if u are going to tell me you know me vey well...phooey... (^_^)

oh and i'm learning something new everyday! cos small as spore maybe, there are many areas i've not been to and many things i've not done...Sua ku...yes yes i agree...but i insist on saying
"better late than never what!!!"

at times, this ignorance of mine can be pretty unnerving to the more street wise people...

ok lor...i dun mind being pampered now and then. come to think of it, it's a pretty good cover up!
i'm learning to know myself better. am i really a big flirt like what ru says? which i (of course) refuse to agree in the past...
come to think of it, it's rather hard for me to really settle for one guy. ok so far i've really been true to one guy, but that's passe.
maybe i am a flirt afterall? as much as i might not agree...still...ah what the hell...

i miss the rabbits

does separation make the heart grow fonder? or by not seeing it, one will slowly get use to it not being there?

will spending more time with someone make them closer? or having to know the person better, makes one realise that he's not so suitable afterall?

wendy came down to get the rabbits today.
missing them already.
they are really adorable, and brought much laughter...

though it was troublesome having to clean them out once every 2 days (they really poo aloooot)
i'm glad i've got the chance to experience taking care of the furry animals for the week. at least now i know how much trouble it is...
but, i still wanna keep a dog in future...can toilet train it...hahaha....

i finally got a job.
but now that i got a job, i dun feel like working.
gotta get up early again...for a person who wakes up after noon...what a chore....

and it's also a call centre kind of a job...though this time at ntuc centre, regarding the link points card. let's hope it's not as bad as working in singtel...eck...

spent the whole of yest and today out and eating...eating alot....i am going to be so fat....

went jb today...didn't bring my camera...darn....but manage to take some photos with my lousy hp...thinking of buyting the panasonic x800...hmmm

anyway ate alot...the last of which was the ramly burger that they talk about so often.
it was good...sinfully good...

went for another fpa meeting...
this time i'll say our 1st com meeting...but rather pathetic, only 3 guys and me (supposedly have 10 com members)...
loads of hiccups here and there. but i guess we had some fun...joking now and then in betw biz...

thought it'd be a lazy day, brought a book out to read at the cafe after the meeting.
but ended up meeting liang, cheng and joalin.

went shopping for father's day pressie...ended up buying 2 pillows and sweet casings for both me parents...hopefully they'll like it...thought of buying whole set of bedsheet...nice embroidery ones...but freaking ex...forget it...

then decided to play pool...can't believe we actually walked from cityhall to liangcourt, to middle raod, to bras basar, back to cityhall, to pool fusion....all in all we took 2 hrs plus, and bumped to 4/5 outlets that are either closed or renovating...finally settled at pool fusion next to raffles hotel....WTF!!!!!!!!!! damn tired lor....

but....it was not that torturous la...cos we talked and joked along the way, laughing at our silliness and cursing at our unluckiness...it was...good exercise i'd say. though preferably not in jeans and (thank god not heels) slippers....teehee....

and i realised that now i've got another group of frens who walks alot...that'll be...2...2 groups...dunno whether to laugh or cry...lol
looks like must really buy shoes that are durable...hmmm...

oh then we played till like 10pm...went to eat "ma-la huo guo" buffet...pretty crowded, so tot we'll give it a shot...10 bucks per head, eat all we can....not too bad a deal...

but the food wasn't that good and the "ma-la" portion was scary...literally eating oil lor...eck...

everytime i slim down, i slim down at the wrong places, and when i put on weight, i put on at the wrong places too!!!!!

yesterday went lingerie shopping at tangs! woohoo!! bought 200 plus bucks worth...so damn happy!! amongst which are brands such as morgan and some other french names....yea...so maybe that's why so ex for a few pieces of cloth...hee...but they are so pretty!!! *gush*

the changing rooms are so exquisite and pretty!! dun even wanna get out...hahaha...
oh well, it'll be some time b4 i go back to splurging on lingerie...so not say very guilty....hahaha...

this is so irritating!!!!!!!!!

i'm free most of the days in the week, but people jus have to date me all at the same time, on the same day!!!!

now how can i split myself into 2/3/4 ?????

i would love to go out with all my frens...but...sigh...

didn't wanna get out of bed today...
feel so lazy...but have to or else gonna be late for interview.

then the rabbits made my day...made me laugh so hard, and feel so awalke...hahaha...

mum made me wash the rabbits, cos (she thinks) it smells....sometimes, i think its psychological...

so anyway, jus wash lor...tot i'll take them out to run about abit.
opened all the doors...but they refused to come out. then dad tot of tricking them, removed the whole caage, set it on the floor...and the next thing we knew, they ran right back into the cage!!!!
damn cute sia!!!! we all cant stop laughing...

after which, they started running all over the kitchen, in and out of the cage...super hyper...
so happy to see them running around lor...
but mum's like avoiding them, and beggin me and dad to put them back...didn't know she's so afraid...they are jus rabbits!!!

think i'll miss them when i have to return them to wendy...sigh...

my greatest enemy, one i could never discard.

as if a game, i know it'll come back again.

why do i have to keep thinking about it?

rabbits!

oh yes, forgot to mention that i've got 2 really cute rabbits at home now.
they are not mine unfortunately.
jus taking care of them for a week for a fren.

i use to wan to keep pets, so this is my chance!
they are really adorable! the brown one's brownie and the black one's blackie (due to her black eyes). ok so not the cutest or most original of names, but they are cute nonetheless...

however i've been going out so much these days that i dun really see them much...
and they really stink...
it's jus the 4th day...and i've to clean out the cage like 3 times already!! gosh...and the cage is not light...

i went ice skating!!

my whole body aches like nobody's biz...ouch....
but...it was all worth it, cos i had alot of fun!

went to jurong east to ice skate for the first time...thanks to the guys who really took good care of me, i didn't injure myself too much...and by the end of the day i can skate a teeny weeny bit...
*grinz*

i guess like cycling, one have to conquer the fear of falling...but those blardy skates are so freaking heavy!! nearly died at the ring several times over cos i think my legs cramped god knows how many times...

but the rest of the gang all fell at least once i think...except...maybe rong rong? hahaha...she's good...
the guys all fell cos they were throwing ice at each other! gosh how childish can they get!!!??? ahh...but guys will be guys after all....and i'm glad no one have lost this strick of balloony childishness ... life will be horrible without it =)

oh and one other thing, kids at the skating ring are hazards!!!
as i was learning to skate, there were plenty of kids running all ard the ring with those metal guides! i have to watch out for them and fear i hurt them more than they hurt me...scary...

too bad i couldnt take any photos...how to take photos when i dunno how to skate!?!? hopefully next time bah....

yeap...definitely wanna go back there again...and at least be able to learn to skate properly =)

after that, had dinner at one of the hawker centre...tot we'll settle for a simple and cheap meal...but who would have thought that zhi char sucked so bad! and it still cost 12 bucks each!!!!
seriously we would be better off eating macs....yuck!!!!!
warning....do not eat zhi char at jurong east...even those who leave there (aka some of my frens)
couldn't eagree more...

oh well...over and done with, lessons learnt...

i realise that (and one should know by now) going out with a gang of 12, one should be very prepared to spend half the time discussing where and what to do....
after i think half and hr? of discussing wat to do after dinner...we all finally settled to go joel's place (amongst other things like pool, ktv and movie, yes spore is boring)...
thank god for his condo at sengkang (aka chalet) which provides no expense comfortable fun and joy =) end up playing indian poker with forfeits of beer mixed with whiskey (totally sucks!!!)

no one ended up drunk...had plenty of fun sabo-ing each other...and then proceeded to play mahjong...

i definitely had fun yest...but ended up going home at 3 plus....
had a prep talk with mum till 6 in the morn? but it was good cos i clarified alot of things with her...
think we have come to a consensus, compromise, whatever...things are definitely much better now....i think... =)

i lack sleep!!!

feel so drowsy now...didn't sleep the whole of yest...
played mahjong whole night at joel's place...

sometimes i realise b'days are really an excuse for a gathering...after celebrating the kiddo's b'day with a simple cake and a song, it's back to our own biz or games...
not that such excuses are all that bad...but ....aren't we supposed to celebrate with and for the b'day person?

oh well...there are only a some pics here...too tired after "tong xiao" mahjong to do anything else...muahahaha....

awww....poor thing....
